If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search with "How do I clear cache and cookies in (Your Internet browser name and version)
If that doesn't work you might have to reset your password:
- Request a password change by giving us your account username or email address
- Check your inbox for an email to reset your password
- Click the link in the email and enter a new password
Once you reset your password, you'll need to update it on all of your devices.
You can't use any recently used passwords. We do this to keep your account safe and can't make any exceptions.
